Y6 - Looking Back and Forth - Friday 17th January 2020

Y6 - Friday 17th January 2020 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 6

Looking back:

What a really super week we have enjoyed – the class have responded brilliantly to our learning this week and have been working on many different topics including: writing based upon our new class novel “The Good Thieves” by Katherine Rundell; securing knowledge of fractions and percentages; learning about the Stone Age; fitness in PE; and finding out about Mr. Men in science (and their families).  There’s also been training for hockey with both Premier Sports and Mrs. Cuttle, along with D&T and RE with Mrs. Benson.  The Year 6 turned teachers on Friday as they began showing their buddies around RM Colour Magic and the laptops in the junior department.

We have posted some great photos of the pupils working this week – please do enjoy browsing through these to see who you can spot, and what they might be doing.
