Reception looking back and forward on Friday 19th March

A most exciting week in Reception as it was all about Dinosaurs!

The children have told me what they enjoyed this week:

• measuring dinosaurs (we took the trundle wheel out onto the playground and marked out the length of 7 dinosaurs)
• painting our dinosaurs (these are now on display see photo below)
• doing dot to dot dinosaurs
• learning about dinosaurs

Riding the bikes

PE -doing balance

Going on the track and running

Playing with our friends

Next week we will be learning about utilities underground.

Reading: Please send in the books on a Wednesday and new books will come back on a Thursday. Mrs Raven is buying new bags this weekend as I know they should be replaced. Tesco freezer bags will hopefully do the trick!

Please also make sure the Reading Records and word pots are in their bags daily.
