Y2 Looking Back and Foward 2nd December

Friday 2nd December 2022 – Looking Back & Forth in Year 2

Looking back:

We have had a great week and been busy rehearsing for the production. The children are doing really well and we hope they will enjoyed the finished show. Please keep learning the lines, saying them loudly and knowing when the lines come in the script.

In maths we have learned about multiplying using repeated addition and arrays. Phonics has focused on embedding the suffixes -ed and -ing for spelling. The children have almost finished their geography topic about the United Kingdom. In history we have looked at Tudor houses and compared them to modern homes.

The days are racing by and we will soon be at the end of our first term! Please have a look at the events coming up next week too.
