The children have had a hard-working week, diving into all things Viking!
📖 English – We explored vocabulary for our Viking saga work, focusing on abstract nouns. The children used these to describe treasures in a cave from our story.
Example: “The sword of despair lay on the golden coins of misery.”
➕ Maths – We continued our work on place value, partitioning numbers up to 10,000.
