Year 1 we 15th Dec
Hi All,
It is the last week of the Autumn term. Time has flown, it seems only 5 minutes since we started in September.
The Nativity was a resounding success. The children were fantastic and we were very proud of Year 1.
Here are the - Nativity Highlights For The Children!
- The song – Everybody sing along
- The song – The stable in Bethlehem
- The song – Bad King Herod
- I loved the camels dancing!
- The song – The First Christmas
- The song - God’s Chosen
- The cool dance moves!
- The landlords – they were funny!
- Every saying ‘Merry Christmas’ at the end.
Remember
Monday 18th children’s Christmas Shops – if the children bring in a purse/bag or envelope with their name on it.
Wednesday 20th Christmas Jumper Day
Christmas Lunch – Bring a Cracker
Junior Carol Service 6pm
Thursday 21st Junior Carol Service 10am
Pupils finish Friday 22nd December and return Tuesday 9th January
Reading Challenge – 14 days consecutive days reading in the reading record, 5 housepoints and a medal.
PE kits needed this week with names on the labels (don’t forget to check the pumps still fit!).
