YR1 Looking Back & Forth
Looking back:
- We planned our own non-chronological reports in English about our own imaginary creatures.
- We learnt how to count in 5s in maths.
- We learnt two new sounds: ou (oo) and ou (oa)
Highlights:
- We enjoyed using soft pastels to create different planets in art!
- We have loved practising for sports day in PE.
- We enjoyed learning about scientific questions in science and finding different ways to answer them.
Looking forward:
- Next week we will write our non-chronological reports.
- We will start to look at making equal groups in Maths as part of our Multiplication and Division topic.
- We will take part in sports day!
- We will learn all about snails in science and answer some of our questions that we came up with last lesson.
