Family Support

We are fortunate to have access to a family support worker, as part of Holmes Chapel and District Community Partnership.  Please see the leaflet below, detailing the types of support we can provide to families.  Please contact Mrs Schurer-Lewis if you would like to discuss this service or would like a referal form.
